REFUNDS.Any cancellation will result in a total loss of your tuition, including your initial retainer of $100. This retainer fee secures your spot and will also be applied to the total owed. If you need to cancel, please email us at info@solriverarts.com to let us know as soon as possible.

In the following two circumstances, your trip retainer will be fully refundable, or you may choose to apply it toward an alternative experience offered by SolRiver Arts:

1.     If the Company cancels the initiation experience because it does not meet established internal trip minimum or for any other reason. In this case, any add-on fees for services the participant has paid upfront will be refunded or may be used toward a future alternative experience.

2.     If the Company determines the participant isn’t suitable for this experience based on application and screening results.

This cancellation policy is subject to change; all registered participants will be notified of any changes.

If traveling from out of town, Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

This is a highly-active experience as we’ll be moving each day! Each goddess session was created to give you an eco-sensual contemplative experience which requires physical activities like yoga, embodiment, dancing, and walking around the premises to get you in touch with your sensual-sentient self!

However, please let us know if you have any physical restrictions and we’ll do our best to accommodate or modify as needed. We are right in the heart of a tropical oasis so please remember to keep an open mind, adventurous spirit, and an attitude of gratitude throughout our time together (especially in regards to bugs and the elements). You have the option of staying with us for additional night either before or after our retreat for an additional fee. Enjoy our relaxing hot tub, heated outdoor shower, and solitude in our tiki hut! Just contact us to let us know your plan so we can arrange it!

WHAT ELSE DO I BRING? Once you register, we’ll send you our detailed packing list suggestions. We suggest bringing your own goddess adornments (clothing/jewelry to help you embody the goddess you are!) We’ll also provide some adornments & sparkles for you to have fun with!

We will provide art supplies, yoga mats/props, comfortable bedding, towels, transportation, all meals, snacks, coffee, tea, and spring water.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (IF YOU'RE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY OR STATE): We highly recommend you buy travel insurance for reimbursements on any travel interruptions, as well as emergency medical expenses, as per the insurance policy. Please note that participants will be directly responsible for any claims to be made directly with the insurance company. Our retreats are non-refundable after a certain point, so please protect yourself. Once booked, we will be happy to refer you to our preferred travel agency for help secure your insurance. Yes. You will both need to register and pay separately for the retreat. If you would like to be in the same room, please be sure to purchase the same kind of accommodation.

For your stay, you’ll have a variety of room types with various bed accommodations. This a great trip to bring your (female) friend. If you’d like assistance in arranging a roommate, please reach out and we will send you a form to fill out so we can match you with the best roomie for your stay! If you are traveling solo, choose the single occupancy on the checkout page.

SolRiver Oasis is unique in that it was started by an Italian and a Puerto Rican! With that, comes lots of options for savoring an Italia-Rican cuisine!

We will also provide some nutritious snack platters, coffee, tea, and spring water. We want you to feel nourished and cared for.

Upon registration, you will receive a form to let us know about any food/dietary restrictions.

If you feel you need additional one-to-one mentorship from Dr. Edwards, please schedule a discovery call to co-create an individual journey (beginning at $2,000 - payment plans available) that suits your needs.

You may also opt to speak with one of our other individual therapists who can give you more individualized support. They take most commercial insurance & private pay (starting at $125/hour). We’re here to help every step of your erotic journey!

In case of a natural disaster, COVID-related closures or surges, or any other unforeseen reasons to cancel the retreat, we reserve the right to make any changes necessary to the retreat. In this case, we’ll offer you the option to book another retreat with us or transfer it to another woman.

However, we will not be responsible for any changes made to your airfare (if you are flying in). For your peace of mind, we recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” trip insurance in case cancellations or changes arise.

What are the COVID protocols?

Hand sanitizers and masks will be available throughout your stay. Please follow these guidelines to prevent illness before, during, & after your stay with us:

Refrain from large group gatherings one week prior to our retreat.

Wear a mask on the airplane if you are traveling from afar.

Use hand sanitizer and wash hands frequently throughout the retreat.

Wear a mask if you desire at any time.

Do not come to the retreat if you are experiencing a fever, sore throat, lasting headache, cough, loss of taste or smell, body aches, or any other COVID symptoms.

Let us know right away if you start to experience any symptoms while you’re at the retreat.

Let us know if you experience any symptoms after returning home from the retreat.

What happens if I get sick during the retreat?

If you feel sick during your time with us, we’ll help you find a place to quarantine either on or off the property.

However, please know that if you wish to leave the premises, these expenses will be your responsibility and you won’t be refunded for the retreat. Of course, we hope this doesn’t happen!
